How to Assemble the ESKUTE NOVA: Step-by-Step Parent's Guide

The ESKUTE NOVA arrives partially assembled. Don't worry — it's straightforward even if you're not mechanically inclined. Here's a step-by-step guide to get it ready for your child.

Step 1: Install the Front Wheel (10 min)

Remove the front wheel from the packaging. Loosen the axle nuts on the fork. Place the wheel into the fork dropouts, making sure the axle sits fully in the slots. Tighten both axle nuts evenly. Spin the wheel to check it's centered.

Step 2: Attach the Handlebars (10 min)

Remove the stem cap bolts. Place the handlebar stem into the fork steerer tube. Align the handlebars so they're centered and straight. Tighten the stem bolts firmly — but don't over-tighten.

Step 3: Install the Seat (5 min)

Insert the seat post into the frame seat tube. Adjust the height so your child can touch the ground with the balls of their feet while seated. Tighten the seat clamp. Make sure the seat is level.

Step 4: Attach the Pedals (5 min)

Important: The left and right pedals are different threads! The right pedal tightens clockwise, the left pedal tightens counter-clockwise. This prevents them from loosening during riding.

Step 5: Install the Battery (2 min)

Slide the battery into the frame battery mount until it clicks. Test that it's secure by gently pulling. Connect the charger to verify the battery is working.

Step 6: Pre-Ride Check (5 min)

• Spin both wheels — they should rotate freely without rubbing
• Squeeze both brake levers — they should engage firmly
• Check all bolts are tight
• Turn on the display and verify it shows battery level
• Test the throttle response
